Kinstellar and Linklaters advise joint lead managers on National Company KazMunayGas' Eurobonds issues totaling USD 2.75 billion
April 2017 - Kinstellar and Linklaters have successfully advised the joint lead managers and dealers – Citibank Global Markets, Deutsche Bank, UBS Investment Bank, Halyk Finance and SkyBridge Invest on the update of the USD 10.5 billion Global Medium Term Notes Programme established by National Company KazMunayGas and its finance subsidiary, KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub BV, and the issuance by JSC "National сompany KazMunayGas" of the Notes thereunder for the amount of USD 2.75 billion.
JSC "National company "KazMunayGas" is the vertically integrated national company for the exploration, production, transportation and refining of hydrocarbons in the Republic of Kazakhstan with a turnover of USD 2.128 million in 2016.
