Kinstellar advises Hiventures on its investment in Global Web Solutions Kft.
August 2017 – Kinstellar has advised Hiventures Zrt. - one of the largest venture capital investors in Central and Eastern Europe - regarding its investment into Global Web Solutions Kft., a Hungarian company providing a wide range of online HR services to Shared Service Centres. Global Web Solutions offers services ranging from operating job portals to organising community events and parties and developing a cloud-based recruitment programme, called MagellanPass. The parties signed the transaction documents on 17 August 2017.
The Kinstellar team was led by Partner, Anthony O’Connor, and consisted of Managing Associate Ákos Mátés-Lányi, Associate Ágnes Zsófia Szabó and Junior Associate Noémi Kalmár.
