Kinstellar advises Wood & Company on the acquisition of Lakeside Park in Bratislava, Slovakia
June 2018 – Kinstellar has advised Wood & Company, the leading investment bank in Emerging Europe, on the acquisition of the Lakeside Park office complex in Bratislava. The transaction was finalised in June 2018.

Kinstellar also advised Wood & Company in 2017 on the sale of their subsidiary Saneca Trade, a producer and distributor of cosmetic products, to the Greek-based multinational company Sarantis, as well as on the acquisition of the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company Saneca Pharmaceuticals (former Slovakofarma Hlohovec), a Sanofi-Aventis affiliate, in 2012.
