Kinstellar advises CTP Group on acquisition of a logistics centre in Serbia
August 2018 – Kinstellar has successfully advised CTP Group on the acquisition of a 10,000 m2 logistics centre near the Serbian capital, Belgrade. The acquisition was made through an M&A transaction and included assistance with acquisition financing and the refinancing of existing loans.
The Kinstellar team was comprised of Branislav Marić (Managing Partner) and Andreja Vrazalic (Senior Associate) and also included Selma Mujezinovic (Partner) advising on real estate and construction matters and Tijana Arsenijevic (Senior Associate) advising on financing-related matters.
CTP — Central Europe’s largest industrial developer — entered the Serbian market earlier this year and has announced plans to develop two additional properties near Belgrade and Novi Sad.
