Roman Oleksik is a Partner in the Bratislava office and the co-head of the firm-wide White-Collar Crime services. He focuses on corporate, competition, energy and real estate matters, as well as on dispute resolution and compliance, risk and sensitive investigations.

Besides his exceptional professional knowledge in this field, Roman Oleksik is also a very outgoing and helpful person.

We work mainly with Roman Oleksik. He is (in our opinion) the TOP legal advisor and what makes him special is his very deep understanding of our industry.

We have excellent experience working with partner Roman Oleksik. Very critical was [the fact] that Roman has excellent understanding of our business and provides best technical (legal) opinions with great consideration of the commercial effect of those. Such combination could not be found often among professional advisors. Roman has perfect presentation and negotiation skill and this was proved many times during the hard discussion/ negotiations.
