Legal Secretary, Budapest

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team in the Budapest office.

Tasks:

  • provides a comprehensive secretarial service, including typing manuscript of correspondence, contracts, agreements;
  • is responsible for the typing of e-mails, letters and all Word, Excel or Power Point processing;
  • controls diaries, organises meetings and travel arrangements;
  • maintains and updates the filing systems and archiving;
  • fulfils some tasks connected to the Financial Department.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • full proficiency in English;
  • excellent IT skills, MS applications – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
  • at least 2 years experience in multinational organisation, preferably consulting company and ideally in a legal environment will be considered an advantage;
  • strong organisational / self-management skills, ability to meet deadlines;
  • good management of workload and ability to prioritise;
  • client-oriented focus;
  • strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • neat and professional appearance;
  • proactive and creative.
