Legal Secretary, Kyiv

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our team in the Kyiv office.

Job description:

  • Processes and translates documents processing to and from English
  • Controls diaries, organises internal/external meetings, including booking taxis and arranging catering/refreshments for lawyers and clients if required
  • Composes correspondence as required
  • Organises travel arrangements for lawyers’ business travel
  • Helps Finance Department oversee recording of lawyers’ time and billings
  • Liaises lawyers’ business expenses with Finance Department
  • Maintains and updates the filing systems and archiving

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Full proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian
  • Proven IT skills,  MS applications – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational / self-management skills, ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Client-oriented (a true service provider)
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Proactive and creative
  • Experience in working for a global organisation, preferably service lead and ideally in a legal environment will be considered an advantage.
