Kinstellar advises Idera, Inc. on the acquisition of Froala Labs
June 2018 – Kinstellar has advised US-based Idera, Inc., the parent company of global B2B software productivity brands, on the acquisition of Froala Labs, a Romanian start-up that develops tools for web and mobile app programmers.
