Regional Learning & Development (L&D) Manager – preferably based in Bratislava, Bucharest, or Prague

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, fresh-minded professional to join our Kinstellar regional team as a Regional L&D Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to become an important member of a dynamic team, working with people who are driven, experienced and passionate about what they do and who, importantly, can also have a laugh!

Key job responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordination of department programmes;
  • Coordination of L&D team for all L&D related activities;
  • Course design (classroom or blended) and course delivery;
  • Design and delivery of induction training;
  • Manage the L&D communication and activities;
  • L&D cost management;
  • Building and development relationships with External Suppliers;
  • Providing consultancy to offices based on local and regional needs and support relevant initiatives;
  • Further developing the infrastructure for L&D and developing own knowledge of L&D tools/best practice;
  • Development and delivery of a training portfolio that support the business “Kinstellar Academy”.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ years' experience of working as a L&D Manager٫ Training Manager, or other relevant position;
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken);
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods;
  • Experience in project management and budgeting;
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices;
  • Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and external suppliers;
  • Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
