Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer, Litigation & Employment – Romania
Kinstellar is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Lawyer with experience in dispute resolution and employment law to join our team in Bucharest.

The ideal candidate will meet any or all of the following criteria:
- a qualified lawyer with a law degree from a reputable Romanian university and a membership in the Bucharest Bar Association;
- a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of practical and broad experience in the dispute resolution practice and employment litigation in an international or reputable domestic law firm;
- experience in employment contracts, employment terminations, employer and employee rights, TUPE is welcome;
- solid knowledge of law;
- motivation to work on complex matters for international clients and global law firms;
- flexibility and willingness to work in a team that is praised for the consistently high quality of their work;
- team players with a passion for excellence.
- full professional proficiency in English.
