Marketing & Office Assistant – Uzbekistan

Kinstellar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Office Assistant to join our Tashkent office.

In this role you will:

  • Develop pitch documents and presentations that are tailored to our clients’ needs;
  • Maintain and update our local marketing materials, including pitches, CVs, and credentials;
  • Work on legal directory submissions for Uzbekistan, ensuring that quality signed-off submissions are delivered on time; you will also support setting up interviews with the researchers and our senior lawyers;
  • Conduct market and client research to support marketing plans and identify business development opportunities;
  • Organise seminars, conferences and other corporate events for our clients on key topics;
  • Assist lawyers in the preparation and publication of relevant press releases;
  • Assist lawyers in the preparation and publication of local newsletters, brochures, and other creative marketing materials to enhance brand visibility;
  • Identify and draft relevant content for our social media accounts;
  • Collaborate with marketing teams in other offices, participate in weekly conference calls, and contribute to regional projects as needed;
  • Assist on other business-related matters; perform a number of back office and administrative tasks related to client and opportunity management, maintenance of databases.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Preferred experience in the legal industry or professional services;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships;
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills;
  • A flexible, positive, and collaborative personality, with the ability to work effectively across cultures;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong self-management and organisational capabilities;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
