Mid-Level Associate, M&A and Corporate – Romania
We are looking for a mid-level associate to join our M&A & Corporate team in Bucharest.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in corporate/M&A such as, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structures, due diligence, company governance and general commercial advice – with particular focus on transactional work, team and work management and organisational skills; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value (such as public M&A, capital markets and financial regulatory);
- is driven and finds motivation in working on complex transactions for international clients and global law firms and has commercial thinking;
- with attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, willing to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
- very good English drafting and speaking skills.
The job will involve client interaction and matter management responsibilities from the outset, and will involve responsibility for multiple projects at any given time.
