Associate, Real Estate | Banking & Finance – Slovakia
We are looking for an Associate to join our Real Estate and Banking & Finance service lines in the Bratislava office. We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience gained at a law firm or in an in‑house legal role.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- A law degree from a Slovak university;
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience at an international or leading domestic law firm;
- Demonstrated strong interest in real estate, banking, and finance law, with a clear motivation to engage in property transactions and financial services;
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for these sectors from a legal perspective, with the ability to thrive in complex, high-profile matters from the outset;
- Full professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- Excellent multitasking abilities and a track record of meeting strict deadlines;
- Punctuality and attention to detail;
- Exceptional time-management, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters within a demanding work environment;
- Can-do attitude, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity;
- Proactive and self-starter attitude;
- A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
