Andrei Copil is a Management Consultant responsible for our Management Consulting practice located in the Bucharest office.

With extensive experience in serving some of the largest CEE companies in their transformation efforts, Andrei has a solid experience in key areas, such as strategy, process redesign, cost optimisation, performance management, restructuring of operations and sales.

RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING*

STATE AID & GREENFIELD INVESTMENT PROJECTS

• CONTINENTAL on a microelectronics and communication technology project, securing state aid of EUR 75 million through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) for an investment exceeding EUR 240 million in R&D in Timisoara, Western Romania. This project was executed in collaboration with multiple universities across different counties and is part of the IPCEI (Important Project of Common European Interest) initiative
• SAINT-GOBAIN on obtaining approximately EUR 10.1 million in state aid for a EUR 45 million investment in a new production facility in Turda, Cluj County
• AUTOLIV, SAINT-GOBAIN, VRANCART, SOCERAM, FORIA NEPTUN, HERAEUS, MINET, and other Romanian companies on the implementation of 11 photovoltaic projects, partially financed through state aid, with a total capacity exceeding 30 MW

RESTRUCTURING

• DOOSAN IMGB on the restructuring of the company and its market exit
• WALMARK on the post-merger integration following its acquisition by STADA M&D
