Ioana Ivanescu is a Financial Advisor based in our Bucharest office.

Ioana has experience in assisting clients with financial auditing according to IFRS, Romanian GAAP, US GAAP standards and financial reporting. In cooperation with our state aid specialists, she has successfully advised clients on a range of expansion projects in Romania.

• REBELDOT on obtaining state aid of approximately EUR 5 million for the creation of more than 100 new workplaces in the software development industry in Cluj
• STADA ROMANIA on obtaining state of EUR 21 million from the Romanian government for a EUR 50 million greenfield investment in a new production facility in Turda, Cluj County
• SAINT-GOBAIN on obtaining state aid of approximately EUR 10.1 million from the Romanian government for an investment of more than EUR 45 million in a new production facility in Turda, Cluj County
