Irena Lazarescu is a Financial Advisor based in our Bucharest office.

Irena has experience in practice areas such as financial auditing according to IFRS and Romanian GAAP and financial reporting. In cooperation with our state aid specialists, Irena has successfully advised clients on a range of expansion projects in Romania.

RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING*

STATE AID

• STADA ROMANIA on obtaining state aid of EUR 21 million from the Romanian government for a EUR 50 million greenfield investment in a new production facility in Turda, Cluj County
• CONTINENTAL on obtaining state aid of EUR 75 million through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) for an investment of over EUR 240 million in research and development in Timisoara made in collaboration with multiple universities from different counties
• ACCESS WORKSPACE ROMANIA on obtaining state aid amounting to approximately EUR 17 million from the Romanian government for creating more than 600 new workplaces in the software development industry in Timisoara, Timis County
