Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova is a Partner in the Kyiv office, the head of the local TMT sector, and the head of the firm-wide Telecommunications service line.

Anastasiya has over 20 years of experience working with leading global law firms with a focus on technology, telecommunications, aerospace and defence. Anastasiya advises clients on the structuring of joint ventures (including with state-owned enterprises), M&A, corporate restructurings, commercial and procurement contracts, including export control and defence procurement, establishing R&D centres, and advising on Ukrainian market entrance and expansion.

Anastasiya leads the Defence & Security and Technology, Telecommunications & Media sectors in the Kyiv office and ensures that defence and tech clients get complex support from the specialists in different service lines (corporate, employment, IP and tax).
