Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova is a Partner in the Kyiv office, the head of the local TMT sector, and the head of the firm-wide Telecommunications service line.

Anastasiya has over 20 years of experience working with leading global law firms with a focus on technology, telecommunications, aerospace and defence. Anastasiya advises clients on the structuring of joint ventures (including with state-owned enterprises), M&A, corporate restructurings, commercial and procurement contracts, including export control and defence procurement, establishing R&D centres, and advising on Ukrainian market entrance and expansion.

Anastasiya leads the Defence & Security and Technology, Telecommunications & Media sectors in the Kyiv office and ensures that defence and tech clients get complex support from the specialists in different service lines (corporate, employment, IP and tax). She represents global aerospace and defence companies, defence contractors, manufacturers and technology developers as well as private equity and venture capital funds. Her clients include both emerging growth companies and Fortune 500 companies such as BAE Systems, Globalstar, Jabil, KNDS, Palantir, Red Hat, Rheinmetall, Renesas Electronics, Revolut, Tekever.
