Milka Nikolova is an Of Counsel in the Sofia office. She focuses on TMT, life sciences and healthcare, as well as on IP&T.

She has a strong track record in the area of electronic communications, platform and media regulations, e-commerce, data protection, cybersecurity, Internet of Things and digital services, covering regulatory, commercial, corporate and contractual aspects of transactions.

Milka has contributed to Bulgarian part of several serveys and handbooks that provide comparative and comprehensive overview of national electronic communications laws.
