  • KOMERČNÍ BANKA (SOCIETE GENERALE) as lender in connection with a real estate refinancing transaction related to the Pribinova 40 office building, a modern administrative centre located on the riverside promenade in the heart of Bratislava’s business district
  • SLOVENSKÁ SPORITEĽŇA (ERSTE) on the real estate development financing of Panattoni Park Bratislava North, a new logistics hub located in the vicinity of Bratislava

  • MAGNA ELECTRONICS SLOVAKIA in connection with the purchase of a real estate property owned by Molex Slovakia in Kechnec, in eastern Slovakia, where Magna Electronics operates its production plant, as well as ongoing day-to-day support to plant management
  • UNION INVESTMENTS and GARBE INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE, one of the leading specialists in logistics and industrial properties in Germany and Europe, on their acquisition from Karimpol Group of the first logistics property for their “UII Garbe Logistik Fonds” investment fund
  • WOOD & COMPANY on the successful completion and buyout of the joint venture created with Immocap for the construction of  the “Lakeside Office 2” office building—the second phase of the Lakeside Park office complex in Bratislava. The development was completed and leased out in accordance with the shareholders agreement between the parties, which triggered the buyout mechanisms agreed therein. Following the transaction, Wood & Company (via affiliates) became the 100% owner of the project
