Marija Vuchetich is a Counsel in the Zagreb office. She focuses on M&A, project finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance, particularly in the energy sector.

Marija advises clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A issues, including structuring of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring projects. She often advises clients on multijurisdictional transactions across a wide spectrum of industries including technology/software, pharmaceuticals and energy. Marija’s broad experience includes counselling clients from the IT sector regarding all questions concerning commercial, corporate, employment and IP law.

She has vast experience in the energy and natural resources-related transactions, especially in the electricity and natural gas sector. She has been involved in several high-profile renewable energy development projects and has a strong expertise in national and European energy regulatory legislation.

Furthermore, Marija is the first point of contact for clients in the aviation industry and advises on regulatory and compliance matters, aircraft engine and other aircraft equipment lease agreements, as well as aircraft ownership and hypothecation.
