Iva Bilinská is a Managing Associate at the Prague office and a member of the employment law practice.

Iva is an employment law expert having practiced in this field for over a decade, advising clients in all aspects of employment law. She focuses on complex employment law issues, particularly related to contractual relations with employees and top management, terminations, internal policies and processes, relations with trade unions and employment law aspects of M&A transactions. She is an expert on flexible forms of employment and electronic signing of employment documents.

Iva's further long-term experience includes antitrust law, M&A and international projects.
