Anastasiya Bolkhovitinova is a Partner in the Kyiv office, the head of the local TMT sector, and the co-head of the firm-wide Telecommunications service line.
Anastasiya has over 18 years of experience working with leading global law firms with a focus on technology, telecommunications, aerospace and defence. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and M&A issues, including structuring of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, commercial and procurement contracts as well as on a wide variety of issues in connection with entering the Ukrainian market and expansion on it. She has in-depth knowledge in the areas of outsourcing, post-acquisition integrations as well as national security and export control.
Anastasiya leads the Technology, Telecommunications and Media sector in the Kyiv office and strives to ensure that tech clients get complex support from the specialists in different service lines (corporate, employment, IP and tax). Her clients include both emerging growth companies and Fortune 500 companies such as Airbus, Amazon, Adobe, BAE Systems, Globalstar, Red Hat, Renesas Electronics, Revolut, Zipline, or Uber.
