Emre Özer is the Managing Partner in the Istanbul office. He is an English-law qualified lawyer and worked at a leading law firm in London for almost a decade.

Emre has a broad corporate and corporate finance experience with a particular focus on public and private acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and capital markets transactions. He has represented clients in a variety of sectors, both regulated and unregulated, including on many of the recent, highest profile transactions in Turkey. He is also a member of the firm-wide Defence & Security sector team.
