Lukáš Ševčík is a Partner. He has worked in the field of M&A for more than 30 years and has advised clients on more than 400 M&A transactions, ranging from venture capital deals to multibillion-euro cross-border transactions.

He is recognised by several leading legal directories as a highly recommended practitioner in this area. He is a German-qualified lawyer and is admitted to the bars in Germany and the Czech Republic.

Lukáš served as Managing Partner of the Prague office for 16 years and was a member of the Firm Management Committee for 12 years. He splits his time between the firm’s regional roles, including firmwide Head of the Defence & Security sector and Head of the German Desk, and works on the firm’s expansion and acquisition projects as a member of the Strategic Pursuits Team.
