Radim Kotrba is a Managing Associate in the Prague office and a member of the local Dispute Resolution service line.

Radim focuses on dispute resolution with extensive trial and appellate experience, handling complex commercial litigation and arbitrations in a number of areas, including damage recovery, trademarks, financing and complicated debt recovery.  He boasts additional in-depth experience advising both creditors and debtors as well as insolvency trustees in complex insolvency proceedings.
