Duško Žurić is a Partner in the Zagreb office and co-head of the firm-wide Infrastructure & Transportation sector. He advises clients on investments and financing transactions in Croatia, with a particular focus on the energy, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
Duško began his legal career at Žurić i Partneri, where he contributed to—and often led—legal teams on some of the largest acquisition projects in Croatia, as well as on numerous significant investment and financing transactions, both large and mid‑sized.
Throughout his career, Duško served as the Assistant Minister for Privatisation and Industry at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia. During this period, he was directly responsible for the second phase of the privatisation of HT – Croatian Telecom and played a key role in reforms of the regulatory framework and privatisation processes in the energy and telecommunications sectors. After completing his mandate at the Ministry of Economy, Duško returned to legal practice with Žurić i Partneri, where he has since advised on M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries.
