Miroslav Plašćar is the Office Managing Partner of the Zagreb office.

He joined Žurić i Partneri in 1997 to strengthen the firm’s litigation practice, and soon expanded his focus to advising international clients on their investments in Croatia.

Miroslav has served as a member or leader of Croatian legal teams on several major investment projects and has acted as the principal Croatian legal advisor on numerous M&A transactions. In his property and project finance practice, he advises major international investors entering the Croatian market through property acquisitions and PPP/PFI structures.

Alongside his ongoing project work, he maintains an active dispute resolution practice and regularly represents clients in commercial and property-related disputes.
