Our dynamic and culturally diverse regional business development team is dedicated to winning work and driving revenue growth. We're currently seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join us.
What you'll do:
- Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development in formulating and executing top-notch business development strategies and fresh initiatives.
- Reporting: Facilitate regular progress reports and forecasts to the executive management, CEO, and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders remain updated and aligned.
- Strategic Projects: Champion and steer strategic internal projects across departments, ensuring optimal results and smooth project progression.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and HR to ideate, review, and roll out an impactful Business Development training program tailored for our esteemed fee earners.
- Team Collaboration: Extend comprehensive support to lawyers in two distinct sector/service teams. Responsibilities include nurturing and expanding key client relationships, opportunity mining, spearheading roadshows, insights generation, conducting team calls, and facilitating cross-sales among clients.
- Operational Tasks: In the absence of the Head of Business Development, oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining team synergy.
What you bring:
- A go-getter with a robust understanding of the legal domain;
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in business development, preferably within the legal sector;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to forge and maintain lasting relationships;
- Strong analytical mindset with a knack for spotting market trends and opportunities.
