Front-office assistant (part-time) – Bucharest

Kinstellar is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, fresh-minded professional to join our Bucharest team as a Front Office Assistant (determined period, until 31 December 2024).

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Very good English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Previous experience as Receptionist/Assistant position is an advantage;
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Pro-active, confident and self-assured attitude;
  • Taking responsibility for ones performance.
