Junior Lawyer, Employment – Romania
Kinstellar is looking for a Junior Lawyer to be part of our employment team in Bucharest.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Junior Associate (trainee or newly qualified) that has passed the bar exam or has up to 3 years of experience at a law firm or an in-house position;
- solid knowledge of and experience in employment law (e.g., contracts, employment terminations, employer and employee rights, TUPE), ideally including labour litigation matters; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
- drive and motivation to working for international clients and global law firms;
- commercial thinking;
- curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development;
- attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, willingness to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
- very good English drafting and speaking skills.
