We are looking for Interns to join the Dispute Resolution service line in our Kyiv office. The core activity focus is client representation in arbitration proceedings in the fields of construction, energy, and defence procurement.

Requirements:
- Student of 4-6 grade or fresh graduate of law at a Ukrainian university;
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in commercial law;
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken);
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management;
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Legal analysis of legislation and case law:
Conduct research on the norms of Ukrainian civil and commercial law, including the analysis of judicial practice, to prepare legal opinions and develop case strategies. - Drafting and editing procedural documents:
Draft and proofread procedural documents for submission to courts or international arbitration institutions, including statements of claim, motions, petitions, responses, procedural briefs, and other related materials. - Preparation of document packages for courts and arbitral institutions:
Assist in assembling complete document sets for submission to domestic courts or international arbitral tribunals, including compliance checks, annex organization, translation preparation, and accompanying correspondence. - Research of arbitration documents and materials:
Conduct targeted research of arbitral awards, sample documents, institutional rules, and other relevant resources to support arbitration proceedings.
