Business Development (BD) Assistant – Serbia

Our dynamic and culturally diverse Regional Business Development Team is currently seeking a Business Development (BD) Assistant to join us, based in our Belgrade office. This role offers broad exposure to regional business development activities and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

With offices in 12 jurisdictions and over 300 local and international lawyers, we handle the most important and complex assignments for clients across diverse industries. As a BD Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our regional BD team, maintaining accurate records and helping to coordinate client meetings and roadshows.

Collaboration and teamwork are highly valued within our firm. As a BD Assistant, you will work closely with our BD Directors and the wider BD team across the firm’s offices. This collaborative environment will allow you to actively contribute to business development projects and initiatives, gaining a thorough understanding of how a leading regional law firm develops and maintains client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate records across our CRM and internal databases;
  • Support daily use of BD tools, onboard new users, and troubleshoot issues;
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials for client meetings and roadshows;
  • Provide technical and organisational support across a range of BD initiatives;
  • Take on new projects and grow your understanding of BD in a leading regional law firm.
