Junior to Mid-Level Associate, Employment Law – Austria

In this role, you will advise both national and international clients on a broad spectrum of complex and high-profile matters. Become part of our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of the industry.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate directly with senior colleagues, supporting clients across all areas of employment law matters, including executive contracts, workplace compliance, redundancies, pensions, and remuneration systems;
- Support employment law aspects of M&A/corporate transactions and restructurings, including due diligence, risk assessment and transaction documentation;
- Work closely with Corporate/M&A, Tax and other specialist teams to deliver integrated advice on deals and reorganizations;
- Assist in employment-related disputes and pre‑litigation matters, including preparing submissions, developing case strategies, and participating in court hearings;
- Communicate directly with clients, delivering clear and commercially focused guidance.
Key skills and experience required:
- Completed degree in law or business law;
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
- Entrepreneurial thinking and legal creativity;
