We are looking for an experienced mid- to senior-level Associate (at least 4 years of experience) with excellent Corporate, Banking & Finance, Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate legal skills to join our team in our Tashkent office.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• has at least 4 years of relevant experience at an international or a major domestic law firm;
• has full professional proficiency in English and Russian (being fluent in Uzbek is an advantage);
• is hard-working, reliable and a great team player;
• has a desire to work in a challenging, but rewarding professional environment for an international law firm with a rapidly growing office in Uzbekistan;
• has a pro-active attitude and will to grow, positive approach to work;
• has the ability to learn quickly, analytical thinking.
