Kinstellar advises ČMN on the acquisition of the BLOX office building in Prague
September 2019 – Kinstellar has successfully advised Českomoravská Nemovitostní a.s. (ČMN) on its third major transaction in the past year, on the acquisition of the BLOX office building in the Prague 6 district. The building’s primary tenant is Amazon, in addition to office space the building also offers A-Class retail space. The deal value is in excess of CZK 2billion.
