Kinstellar advises Promat Comimpex and Agroind Cauaceu on the sale of shares, in Romania
June 2018 – Kinstellar has advised the shareholders of Promat Comimpex and Agroind Cauaceu, two of the largest agribusiness companies in Romania, on the sale of 40% of their shares to Ameropa, a leading Swiss grain and fertiliser trader. Promat Comimpex and Agroind Cauaceu distribute seeds, chemical fertilizers, plant protection products and diesel fuel for agriculture and collects cereals and oilseeds in northwest and southwest Romania. The transaction is awaiting approval by the Competition Council.
