Jasmine Kaliyeva is a Junior Associate in the Almaty office focusing on corporate and regulatory matters, M&A support, and compliance. She advises on cross‑border transactions and regulatory issues across a range of industries, including energy, financial services, and digital assets.

Jasmine has contributed to a large‑scale secondary public offering by a top‑tier Kazakhstan bank—one of the most significant capital markets transactions in Kazakhstan in 2025. She also participated in the financing of a major wind energy project involving international lenders.

She also has experience conducting comprehensive due diligence and providing transactional support across a broad range of M&A matters. Jasmine has worked on projects involving a major copper producer, a leading financial institution, a solar power plant, an IT services company, among others.
