Ana Arambašić is a Managing Associate in the Belgrade office. She specializes in M&A, Corporate, and Private Equity.

With extensive experience in business and commercial law, Ana advises domestic and international clients on corporate structures, M&A, cross-border transactions, employment, and litigation across Serbia and the Western Balkans.

Ana has participated in numerous due diligence procedures and advised on complex transactions, company status changes, share acquisitions, corporate governance, and employment aspects of spin-offs and M&A.

She provides expertise in employment law, including drafting contracts, workplace policies, labour law compliance, and all employment-related aspects of spin-offs and M&A. Her work includes advising on legal obligations under collective bargaining agreements, employee lawsuits, workforce restructuring, working hours, salaries, redundancies, work permits, and labour disputes.

Ana has significant experience in court practice, handling over 300 labour disputes related to employee training, employment termination, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, unfair competition, and mobbing.

Her advisory work spans a range of sectors and services including banking & finance, insurance, private security, consumer protection, retail, and automotive.
