Sara Ostojić is a Senior Associate in the Belgrade office. She advises local and international clients on both local and cross-border M&A transactions, and represents the core team in the energy and natural resources in the Belgrade office.

Sara has played a significant role in some of the largest M&A projects in the region and regularly provides advisory on joint-venture structuring, spin-offs and corporate restructuring, squeeze-outs, corporate governance, and general corporate issues. 

She represents clients before governmental authorities, including but not limited to the Serbian Business Registers Agency and the Serbian Development Agency with experience in navigating complex transactions and post-acquisition integrations.
