Martin Baraniak is a Senior Associate in the Bratislava office. He focuses on IP&T, digital business, automotive, corporate, and commercial law.

In addition, Martin provides day-to-day corporate business advice, and advice on anti-money laundering, data protection, and public procurement/PPP. He has also gained extensive experience in leading legal cross-border teams and projects.
