• ATS INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, a global provider of industrial automation systems, on various day-to-day corporate and commercial matters related to the client’s operation in Slovakia, including revision of commercial contracts within procurement processes
• CANON SLOVAKIA, the Slovak branch of the leading Japanese technology company, on the corporate and employment issues related to the sale of part of the business as an M&A transaction, whereby Canon Slovakia transferred its direct B2B activities to a (third-party) Slovak company that provides service and maintenance work for Canon Slovakia as a subcontractor
