- ISS on the divestiture of its primary subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary to the leading Hungarian facility management firm B+N Referencia
- A LEADING EUROPEAN PRODUCER OF SHIPPING AND PACKAGING SOLUTIONS on the acquisition of a 50% stake in a Slovak packaging solutions company and on the negotiation of the shareholders' agreement
- A SLOVAK INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION COMPANY on the sale of a 50% stake to a German industrial company and negotiation of the shareholders' agreement
REAL ESTATE, CONSTRUCTION & PLANNING
- A LEADING EUROPEAN RETAIL CHAIN on the acquisition of land, acquiring all necessary construction permits and structuring of agreements with construction companies, daily business challenges and activities, on due diligence of the real estate and on all other relevant real estate requirements during its numerous expansion projects in Slovakia
- A GLOBAL LEADING LOGISTICS COMPANY on the acquisition of land plots (approximately 40.000 sqm), as distressed assets from the seller in insolvency, for the future construction of a production hall as well as on the transfer of various permits and related project documentation
- A GERMAN INDUSTRIAL COMPANY on the acquisition of land plots (approximately 140.000 sqm) for the future construction of a logistics hall and subsequent development of the logistics hall (including the necessary permits)
