Norbert Štilla is an Associate in the Bratislava office. He focuses on banking & finance, real estate, M&A and corporate matters and he is particularly engaged in the field of private equity and venture capital structures.

Norbert has gained broad experience in advising clients on various M&A transactions involving acquisition of real estate portfolios. He has provided complex advisory on leases, shareholders' arrangements and various types of investments, covering both the corporate structures' setting up as well as related regulatory issues.
