Martin Ťupek is a Counsel in the Bratislava office. He focuses on corporate and M&A law and has over 15-year experience in advising national and international clients.

Martin has advised numerous clients across a range of sectors on share and asset transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other forms of corporate combinations, whether domestic or cross-border.

• SIGNA on the acquisition of the furniture chain Kika/Leiner in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary, subsequent sale of all CEE subsidiaries to XXXLutz with a transaction value of more than EUR 500 million
• AURELIUS on the EUR 185+ million sale of Germany's Secop Group to Nidec, including major production facilities in Slovakia
