• VOLKSWAGEN SLOVAKIA on production facility operations in Bratislava as well as on the financing of real estate acquisitions and on the lease contract for business premises, including advice on complex agreements on the establishment and operation of the industry park for the suppliers of the client lease agreements and agreements on easements
• SCHEIDT & BACHMANN on all matters related to the preparation of the legal documentation, assisting during negotiations, advice on purchase of land, on acquiring all necessary construction permits and structuring of agreements with construction companies as well as on all other relevant real estate requirements
• TATE & LYLE on the contractual documentation, set up of the legal structure for obtaining planning, building and operational permits for the construction of a new road bridge as an induced investment
