Marc Barabas is an Associate in the Bucharest office specialising in competition and foreign direct investment (FDI).

Marc has gained significant experience advising on a variety of competition, antitrust, and regulatory matters. His background includes assisting clients in navigating complex legal frameworks, handling merger control procedures, and supporting compliance initiatives across multiple sectors.
