Denisa Constantin is an Associate in the Bucharest office. She specializes in real estate, construction and planning as well as renewable energy.

Denisa has previously assisted on various aspects of landmark transactions in Romania across all types of assets (office, industrial, land dedicated to renewable energy projects / agriculture), and has also advised international and local developers on all stages of their projects, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation, permitting matters, lease agreements and superficies agreements. She has also provided day-to-day assistance to real estate players in relation to the management of their investments on the local market.
