Horatiu Cretu is a Junior Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on banking, finance and capital markets.

Prior to joining Kinstellar, Horatiu was a legal adviser for a non-bank financial institution where he has gained experience in commercial and civil law matters and advised on anti-money laundering aspects. He also gained experience as an in-house lawyer and assisted the company in foreclosure proceedings as well as in the field of insolvency.
