Sandra Gheorghe is a Senior Associate in the Bucharest office focusing almost exclusively on real estate, construction & planning.

Sandra has advised both domestic and international clients on various transactions in the sector across all asset classes—office, retail, agriculture and logistics. She has gained significant experience in representing private companies in various acquisitions of real estate assets, including due diligence investigations, drafting and negotiations of sale-purchase agreements, lease agreements and post-closing assistance.

Furthermore, Sandra has also advised in relation to drafting and negotiation of construction agreements.

• A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER AND ASSET MANAGER on the lease of an office complex of approx. 40,000 sq. m of net space located in North Center, Bucharest
• A LEADING INTERNATIONAL PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY active in Europe, U.S. and Latin America on the lease agreement and development of an office complex of approx. 82,000 sq. m GLA located in center-west part of Bucharest, including the execution of the lease agreements for with the anchor tenants
• A GERMAN REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY on the sale of an office project consisting of two office buildings located in the northern part of Bucharest
• ONE OF THE LARGEST REAL ESTATE GROUPS ACTIVE IN ROMANIA on the development and lease of a residential complex in northern Bucharest and on negotiations with a major furniture retailer for the sale of a land plot in Timisoara
