Mirela Ivana is an Associate in the Bucharest office focusing on M&A and corporate as well as dispute resolution matters. 

Mirela advises domestic and multinational companies on various commercial and corporate law matters, with expertise on company establishment and corporate changes, including registrations with the relevant authorities. Her area of expertise also includes incorporations and legal assistance to non-profit organisations.

She also advises on regulatory requirements and shareholders’ agreements, with a focus on minority shareholder protection as well as on day-to-day corporate matters across a wide range of sectors.
